The Kingdom of Vikesland is always open to diplomatic talks between any nation.
The Vikeslandic government recognizes
any micronation that fits the criteria of the Montevideo convention of 1933 which states:
The state as a person of international law should possess
the following qualifications: (a) a permanent population; (b) a defined territory; (c) government; and (d) capacity to enter
into relations with the other states.
The Kingdom of Vikesland will not
entertain any treaties of any kind unless that nation has had a lengthy history of good relations with us.
Any past treaties we have signed will be honored.
If your nation meets the criteria of the montevideo convention, you are officially
recognized by us. However Vikesland will only entertain official diplomacy with nations we have known about after 2 years
of peaceful existence. Informal contact however is encouraged.
